Boxlabo operates this website and determines how information submitted through it is used. This policy applies to visitors, prospective clients and business contacts who use this website or communicate with us about a packaging project.

Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to understand an inquiry, reply to it and operate the website.

• Project information, including the product, packaging type, estimated quantity, target date, project description and any files you later send by email.
• Submission and security information, including the submission time, selected language, browser or user-agent information, and a hashed network reference used for rate limiting and duplicate detection.

How we use information

We use personal and business information for the following purposes:

• To receive, assess and reply to project inquiries, and to ask the practical questions needed for sampling, quotation or production planning.
• To send an inquiry confirmation and route the inquiry to the appropriate Boxlabo team members through our internal systems.
• To maintain inquiry records, protect the website, prevent spam or abuse, and troubleshoot delivery failures.
• To understand how the website is used and improve its content, navigation and inquiry experience.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate business or legal interests.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and a pseudonymous identifier, and may process information about pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser characteristics, approximate region and on-site interactions.

Enhanced measurement is enabled for page views, scroll depth, outbound clicks, site search, supported embedded-video activity, file downloads and form interactions. When an inquiry is successfully saved, we send a generate_lead event with only the form name and language. We do not intentionally send the name, email, company or inquiry message entered in the form to Google Analytics.

Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in our website configuration. You can control cookies in your browser and may also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

When information is shared

We do not sell or rent inquiry information. We share information only when it is reasonably necessary to operate Boxlabo, respond to you or comply with law.

Recipients may include service providers supporting website hosting, database storage, email delivery, internal WeCom inquiry notifications and website analytics; professional advisers where necessary; and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

International processing

Boxlabo works with clients and service providers across more than one country. Information may therefore be processed in locations outside your country or region. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements designed to protect information during such processing.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Analytics information is retained according to the settings and controls available in our Google Analytics property.

When information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymise it or securely restrict its further use, subject to technical backup cycles and legal recordkeeping needs.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Security
